WHAT WE BELIEVE

Our beliefs are rooted in Scripture and centered on Jesus. We are a Christ-centered, Spirit-empowered church, aligned with the Assemblies of God, and committed to helping people know God, find freedom, discover purpose, and make a difference.

The Bible

We believe the Holy Bible is the inspired, authoritative Word of God. It is the foundation for our faith and the final authority for how we live and what we believe.

God

We believe in one God who exists eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is loving, holy, and worthy of all worship.

Jesus Christ

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully man. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, died on the cross for our sins, rose from the dead, ascended to heaven, and will return again in power and glory.

Salvation

We believe salvation is a gift of grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ alone. It is not earned by good works but given freely to all who repent and place their trust in Him.

The Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit is active in the world today. He convicts, comforts, empowers, and transforms believers to live a Christ-centered life. We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit as a distinct experience that empowers believers to live on mission and boldly share the Gospel.

Spiritual Gifts

We believe the Holy Spirit gives spiritual gifts to believers to build up the Church and serve others. These gifts operate in alignment with Scripture and for God’s glory.

The Church

The Church exists to worship God, love people, make disciples, and participate in God’s mission by carrying the Gospel to the world through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Ordinances

We believe Jesus established two ordinances for the Church: Water Baptism and Communion. Water baptism is a public declaration of faith in Jesus Christ, and communion is a sacred time of remembering Christ’s sacrifice and celebrating our new life in Him.

Healing

We believe God still heals today. Healing—spiritual, emotional, and physical—is part of Christ’s redemptive work and is available through prayer and faith according to God’s will.

Marriage & Family

We believe marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, designed by God. We are committed to strengthening families and helping each generation follow Jesus.

The Future

We believe in the bodily resurrection of the dead, eternal life for those who trust in Christ, and eternal separation from God for those who reject Him. We believe Jesus Christ will return again at a time known only to God.
